Leti Rose built Rosepointe from a deeply personal place — she understands recovery not just as a professional, but as someone who knows how much the right environment can change everything. She envisioned a home in Auburndale where women could feel genuinely safe, supported, and seen, and she brought that vision to life through hands-on leadership and relentless care. Every detail of Rosepointe — from the house structure to the community culture — reflects her belief that sober living should restore dignity alongside sobriety. Leti shows up for her residents every single day, and they feel it.

With a background in peer support and recovery coaching, she walks alongside residents through the small victories and hard days alike. Candace believes that real recovery happens in community — and she shows up every day to help build it.

Jamie oversees the structure and rhythm of life at Rosepointe — from house guidelines to programming that keeps residents engaged and moving forward. With years of experience in residential recovery services, Jamie ensures every resident has a clear path and the accountability to walk it.
