No. The online application is free. We confirm fit and availability before any payment is due.

We review your situation, house expectations, and current openings to make sure the placement makes sense for both sides.

Is there a room-rate or deposit overview?

Yes. Current pricing includes $235 for the first week or $900 for the first month. A $150 application fee and a $900 refundable deposit only come up when you move forward after approval.

The Power Forward Scholarship funds sober living placements for qualifying residents. Ask us about current availability when you apply.

Payment Plans

We offer flexible weekly and monthly payment options. Many residents start with just a security deposit and first week's rent.

State & Nonprofit Programs

Florida DCF and local nonprofits have funds available for recovery housing. We can help connect you with resources during your intake follow-up.
